seconds before Yae finally ends up sliced as soon as the Shogun notices the two light novels.

GAME DESIGN 101
Guitar Hero notes are displayed on a rectangular plane drawn in perspective. They fall along a line that helps you keep track of where a note is going to end.
Each note is also colored.
Genshin Drumalong....
Every note is the same color and the perspective is curved, creating a lot of confusion.
I can understand why this time the rhythm event is so hated
the interface skewing is an unneeded element of disturbance to the core of the gameplay.
Even just having each "note" a different color would have helped a lot.
Even as a Project Diva player I still feel this display... not that great.
oddly enough, this time the even is probably far more playable on mobile
PS4/PS5 may be the worst with the odd button layout
comparing to the old interface...
Lyre was the best musical event because you could initiate it whenever you wanted, so it was possible to play on top of Dragonspine pillar if you wanted. This time... you have to play on the lame beach with no background
it is a shame. They even had that song...
and also odd... the two side notes are basically not used most of the time (so, big UI noise for little gameplay addition)
it went from "Play where you want" in Ballad of Breeze
To fixed locations in Tuned to the World's..
But the sacrifice was in exchange for a second character to play with and to be fair... the locations were quite fitting (Trad: even if they weren't fixed... I think most would have chosen the same exact spots...)
and now... different messy interface + a sea background.
