The rate up does more harm than good quite often

Basically, it hurts your chances to get weapons from the character event banner (since most f2p players won't want to pull on the weapon banner) and restricts your ability to pull different characters.

For example, the friend from before only lacks Sara, but unless she is rated up again and they want to pull on that banner, she is kinda hard to get

@Fredy31 even weirder your chances to get the three starters are close to 0. They aren't available on the event banner for some reason, so you can only pull them out of sheer luck on the standard one.

@Fredy31 because there is a big difference from a 3* weapon (useless) to a 4* (usable) to a 5* one (most are really good if you are lucky enough to get one)
