and she does as much damage as some of my 80 characters, with a worse spear

@Fredy31 Shenhe... my basic understanding is that she actually works by boosting other cryo characters attack. So her skill should work as a support DPS.

havent read up of how to effectively use her but her ult is basically a zone that kills everything inside

and that zone is WIDE

Like I said, with a subpar spear, and 20 levels below my mains, she pumps about the same in damage

like hide the levels I would probably not see the difference

as for the levels... those are the weird caveats of how damage works probably

a level 40 Raiden paired with Klee becomes extremely destructive on everything that can't fly away (so, yep, you guess right... nerfing anemo suction actually makes Klee more dangerous)

@Fredy31 Really, when Klee biggest problem is that stuff flies away when they explode... the heavier and larger the mob the worse for them...
