@lyxal can you remove the docstring?
04:27
@lyxal can i merge it now?
or wait, does it support [1 2 3] ?
and [[2 3][4 5]]?
and [. . -.]?
ok i will merge

2 hours later…
06:38
yeah so i changed line-length to 88
the default
its now in pyproject.toml
@lyxal can you add negative number support, ¯1?

2 hours later…
09:03
working on the lexer
to provide ¯1 support
and [[¯1 1][2.4]] support
from flax.lexer import tokenise as F
      F("[[¯1 1][0 1]]")
[[<TOKEN_TYPE.LIST: 7>, [[<TOKEN_TYPE.LIST: 7>, [[<TOKEN_TYPE.NUMBER: 1>, '¯1'], [<TOKEN_TYPE.NUMBER: 1>, '1']]], [<TOKEN_TYPE.LIST: 7>, [[<TOKEN_TYPE.NUMBER: 1>, '0'], [<TOKEN_TYP
E.NUMBER: 1>, '1']]]]]]
IT IS ALIVE

@PyGamer0 hey hey well done!
next is the parser right?
where i process the quicks?
And where you process the arities of stuff
I'm yet to properly draw plans for the parser, but I think hyper's notes from yuno would be a good place to start
ok
notes?
Hyper detailed a lexing/parsing plan in the readme
@lyxal i just realised, i will have to add diagraph lexing
10:32
@PyGamer0 I thought I already added that
@lyxal ok wait let me check
Huh nvm I didn't
Should be trivial
If the head character is a digraph character, and if there's still stuff left in the program, append the head character plus the next character as an atom token
i will add that tomorrow
or maybe now
I can do it
ok go ahead
@lyxal is keta what you tried to make, (that room you showed me once)?
10:47
Yes
11:34
@lyxal is your line-length 88?
for black cause i configured it?
mine's still 80
and it looks like you changed the imports?
why?
it was erroring
lol for me it errors if i dont put flax.
idk whats happening
12:31
so what is the problem?
could be how its being executed
12:52
how do you execute it?
I was trying to run it from vs code
but I got it working with flax.interpreter from the command line after using poetry update\
ah
i dont use vscode
and it probably ran it as a file
