To be honest I would guess Helping Heart is the most complex WB hat trigger we've ever had. But that's only because it grossly outpaces everything else this year. It requires at least two people to obtain - and most commonly I'd expect three, four, or even possibly five participants.

I would absolutely love if they had a hat which was just awarded completely at random. Like, every so often, it chooses a few random users across the network and give it to them
