I've seen some users with a question that has +1/-1 or +1/-3. Maybe just an upvote is needed, or the first vote being an upvote... Idk

Still trying to work out the Harmony rules. What's a "majority" when it only takes 2 to finish the review? So, if I vote to Approve and one other reviewer does the same, but one chooses Reject, do I make a majority?

This "consecutive" part of the review hat rules could make things tricky on SO. Presumably, Audits neither count nor interrupt the consecutive count.

Is there any info on what the triggers for these hats are?

It is interesting, since I'm not sure whether the upvoting, the new account, or the first question was the trigger for these hats (maybe each for a different hat?)
