@amWhy Actually, on the election page, the highest score was 40. So I was thought that @ParamanandSingh Maybe lose this time also. Yes you didn't mention any name, but you gave some hints
@amWhy Also, I think there should be some bonus for the old candidate in the election. For example, 10 or 20 scores should be an extra bonus for the most senior candidate
@jasmine There is much, much more to being a moderator than having a high candidate score! The scores of 36, 38 and 40 are close enough to mean very little. (A mid-30s score may just mean a narrower focus of moderation activities, for example, which isn't a bad thing. A score of 40 means a broader spread of activity, but doesn't necessarily mean (a) more activity, or (b) better activity. Candidates should be judged on their questionnaire+responses, and their actions, as well as their scores).

(The above is not trying to favour any candidate - I just want to encourage people to think and contemplate before voting!)
@TeresaLisbon That. Is a tall order. Many have tried. And failed. Including members of SE staff. You could try and distract Asaf by posting an interesting set theory question a few minutes before the deadline. Just a thought, it is not sure that he can be nerd-sniped like that.
@amWhy Ah I would get to see the result of election 5 hour after it is announced :( (In case anyone is not aware because in India here 8 UTC is around 1 pm NIGHT)
@JitendraSingh I understand. I have addressed that earlier. Nothing is going change between the announcement and when you see it, but it is a valid point that SE and CMs always favor European and US times, leaving users from asia needing to be awake to see the results. This is particularly problematic when candidates reckon from Asia.
Now in two hours 25 minutes. (SE uses the largest integer part hr.min). So, something else you need to learn, @jasmine. Only when the time ahead of 20:00 UTC is less than one hour, will you see minutes.
Thanks to everyone who had the courage to run in this election! May the best men win! So sad that women still don't have a chance to run let alone win, yet again. :(
I've conceded — I have another election to wrap up at the same time, so I'll take care of that one first instead of making this an actual competition ;P
The 2021 elections are over. By analyzing the OpaSTV file with the voting data, I'd like to welcome to the moderators' team the winners of the 2021 moderators elections::
