@Werner Er .. something to do with the STV method used, but for us that doesn't matter

@Werner I think it's the '50% of votes' line

@Werner Results say we didn't need STV at all: you won an overall majority in the first round

It would be weird if there were non-zero decimals in the regular votes, but I guess they just display it that way.
