@Venture2099 When you say free do you mean not a whole lot of bureaucracy involved? So basically the whole process is online to apply for it?

I mean without having to pay tax in the host nation. It is minimal bureaucracy...the Monsterrat application is a few hundred dollars and an online form with a photo in order to be resident for a year.
Yes you cover the admin costs of an application but that is to be expected, you cover the admin costs of going to any nation.
You don't get visas for free Luke.

@Venture2099, just because enforcement of laws is spotty one shouldn't start to break them. You've been here long enough to understand how "inconsistencies" in the paperwork catch up with people years later.
