Microsoft had discontinued the Microsoft Office Picture Manager. It was a useful and simple little program. Is there something similar out there in the OpenSource?
I did some searching. Found GIMP. I view GIMP and OpenSource response to PhotoShop. It's a bit too feature rich for me. Usually, I don't go much further than cropping a photo, compressing it, auto-tweaking the brightness.
