@Hennes but I'am still waiting for the offer, it's to replace my boss while he would be on paternity's leave. As I got a new RV, to camp with the kids, well, I asked not much salarie, but vacantion, yes. just waiting to see if they accept. I asked like 4 more weeks of vacations for next year :-)

Vacation can be very nice. ofc depends on how much you already get.

i am on 200hours per years, which is sort of average around here

I already got 4, it would make me 8 weeks, but in summer time we can't put more than 2 weeks in a row where I work, to allow other to take time off, but it will allows me to camps almost all next summer

200hrs is really nice too, so around 5 weeks you got ?

Tomorrow is my last day working. After that 14 days of vacation (1 week, plus about half of the over work hours since may)
