I might change the "Sentact is a healthcare technology solution utilized for streamlining compliance and workflow management." description slightly to something like "Sentact specializes in..." or wording to that effect, but it's a very minor detail that I don't think is a killer. The description looks pretty solid.

You're having the problem with not being able to resolve your website internally on your domain. A hacky way to fix it would be to put an A record in your DNS that points to the IP of the website. The best way to fix it would be a split DNS. And that about sums up my knowledge of it. You might get lucky and have someone else expound further on it
@oshirowanen I put a little more explanation in my answer. You can put an A record that resolves www.yourcompanyname.com in DNS and then your people inside will be able to resolve it. But if you want to really fix it, you want split DNS. Or so I've been told.

i think having written permission to pen test is important. I'm in charge of my employer's security and I still have (blanket) written permission to do it on file

@RobertMoir Uncontested, and as with anything in the pen-testing space the tester just needs to make sure that permission is documented and granted by whomever is appropriate to grant the permission.
