I have read that i would be better if it's treated in a stepwise motion so your version seems and sounds better to me
I'm reading arnold shoenberg theory of harmony
And this part in diminished seventh chord says ( if we invert the chord no stractural patter emereges , unlike the inversion of a minor or major chord : we shall still have minor thirds ( augmented second ) it will be unclear to which key it belongs if it appears out of context
Is the the thing you mentioned to me?
The inversion out of context
Also does he mean by the we shall still have mainor third that even if we invert the chord still always a minor third happens?

@user98606 I can't speak to this aspect of Schoenberg's theory, but it sounds consistent with what I was trying to get across.
@user98606 My read of this is that he's saying an inverted diminished chord still consists of minor thirds. In contract, a minor chord in first inversion, say, contains a major third and a fourth.
@user98606 Congratulations. I'll enjoy hearing this.

@user98606 Just finished listening. Well done. Very classic/Classical sound. Really glad to hear the chat room was helpful. That was one of the major intentions behind its creation.
