@Acccumulation "distributing words is an action" and, as of so far, you have no proof that they are being asked to distribute questionable words... as far as the question is concerned the ONLY action thats happened is they've been hired for services. Those words are protected speech AND the group is a protected group EVEN IF the words are horrible. "can" constitute is not "does".

as such this question is asking to preemptively discriminate against a protected group who has NOT provably done anything.

@WernerCD ""distributing words is an action" and, as of so far, you have no proof that they are being asked to distribute questionable words" I already showed that they are being asked to participate. "the ONLY action thats happened is they've been hired for services." No, the group has propagated bigotry.
"Those words are protected speech" I've already explained that 'protected speech' applies to government action. They are not a government agent. “"can" constitute is not "does".” The words are directed against a specific group of people. That is what “discrimination” generally means.
@WernerCD "LITERALLY the exact same thing we are saying is wrong for THAT group to do." No, for it to be LITERALLY the same exact same thing, homosexuality would have to be LITERALLY the same thing as saying that homosexuality is a sin. Claiming that homosexuality is the SAME EXACT SAME THING as bigotry is completely unacceptable behavior, and you need to apologize.
"where is the line that's appropriate?" SERIOUSLY? You SERIOUSLY need this explained to you? The line is WHEN THE GROUP IS PROMOTING BIGOTRY. If you don't agree, that's one thing, but how can you possibly not UNDERSTAND this? This is seriously simple.

@Acccumulation "they've been asked to participate" and you have NOT shown they are being asked to distribute, for example, anti-gay propaganda... Three statements:

* Company is working with Religious Org
* Religious Org has offensive tenants
* he has to work with the org

Nothing in those three statements says he is being asked to create offensive messages. ONLY that he has to work with a religious org that has something he disagrees with.
If I have to make a cake for you... and you beleive something I don't. That doesn't mean the cake I'm making for you has a message you disagree with. NOTHING so far has shown that except for WORKING WITH the company, is there anything disagreeable.

"Seriously? SERIOUSLY?" yes. Seriously. At what point is it acceptable to be a bigot in response to something you disagree with? I don't think its appropriate to "out bigot the bigots" by preemptively be intolerant of one protected group in the name of another.
"bigotry is not a protected class" No where have you shown that the religious group has "promoted" bigotry. Believing something you don't agree with is not promotion. They are 100% allowed to believe and they are 100% protected.

Again... show case law where a group is dissallowed to believe in questionable things - especially in America. MANY religions across the country and world have questionable beliefs - including "gay is bad". That belief is not discrimination. It is not bigotry.

Bigotry is being unable to accept someone elses lifestyle. Definition: "obstinate or unreasonable attachm

“you have NOT shown they are being asked to distribute, for example, anti-gay propaganda”
I've shown that they are being asked to **participate** in distributing anti-gay propaganda. And it's “tenets”, not “tenants”.

“Nothing in those three statements says he is being asked to create offensive messages.”
The question says “much of the services we must provide for them includes dealing with propagating their message.” And instead of addressing *that*, you list a bunch of *other* statements, and say that none of those *other* statements supports my position. This is just ridiculous.
