3) Spend roughly an hour explaining the issue to first stage tech support in "chat"
4) Ignore all the implications that you need to spend more money or upgrade your account
5) Spend 20 minutes update the "support ticket" the first stage tech created to provide clear, concise details
6) wait for a response
7) Several days later, no response to the ticket
