I've gone back and have spent hours reading on it. I think what upper brass did is by far messed up and further projects the disconnect with community. Wonder if the community should see the transcripts because their actions of doing or saying nothing seems to have just royally alienated several people. Again, we can see this as different ways but their action is my issue
I don't think this is the appropriate place for this conversation and would prefer if we stick to graphic design, casual conversation, animal gifs, etc. For all intent purposes this is politics and gossip.
@Ryan Designing a sheet is a pretty big undertaking! I use D&D beyond and the automation and ease they have with the character creation process makes it worth the micro transactions in my opinion. It also keeps the newer players from missing out on bonuses and class features.
@ZachSaucier There is a lot of information doing the rounds, some of it public, some of it less so. It's fragmented over a lot of different places. And also in time, so it's hard to keep track of what happened when. As mods, we would like to keep from adding to this pile by engaging in speculation or opinions here.
@Joshjurg but it sounds fun! And I really don't want to use apps. One of the draws of playing for me is getting away from screens for a few hours much like gym, nature, etc.
@ZachSaucier going to have to agree here. Bringing this up in inkspot isn't fair to other users. If you want to discuss this further you're free to create a chatroom for that. I apologize to the room for that and for here on out will stick to design related discussions. Also, I haven't been slapped in any way, just want to respect my fellow inkers.
