Stupid indesign question: Is there a quick way of changing the font of threaded text frames?
for non-threaded frames, it's just a case of selecting the frame, then selecting a font. But for threaded frames, I have to click into the frame and select all text...
@johnp Are we talking indesign or what? Usually you would use styles but yes if you use teh character panel it should work no matterwhat the selection is.
@Ryan you ever get a bug in Premiere where your video preview just shows a black sceen? It seems to be tied to the corner pin effect for me, but I'm not having any luck searching for the problem
restarting Premiere temporarily fixes it but then it seems to randomly happen again
like when I search it goes to the search interface or whatever its called. I wish it would just stay in the email list and for the love of all which is good stop opening new tabs
@joojaa Thanks for your reply. Yeah, it's indesign. Usually I would use styles but I'm testing out some font choices first. The font selector is greyed out in both panels...
Hey @Ryan any idea about this? Trying to change the font of threaded text frames...It's annoying having to click into the frame each time, and select the actually text itself...
Slowing down helps. If I carefully and exactly draw each letter and go about one to two words per minute, it is clear enough that other people can read it. It is still painful to look at but it can be read.
even when i edit the style it isn't applied to the threaded ones... how do you get around this? i can edit the threaded ones when i literally go into the frame and select the text itself
I'm the entire Marketing Dept. for a manufacturing company. Brochures, advertisements, press releases, videos, trade show displays, attending those trade shows, website updates / maintenance, and just about anything else that needs done
Well generally branding I guess. I'm a jack of all trades thus far. I would love to do illustration but from what I gather it takes a lot of time to get going
I see, I see. Are you stateside or in Europe? I'm Irish
haha, I'll probably move somewhere in Europe, maybe just the UK. There's some work here but the pay isn't great with this new internship type scheme that's in
Germany is a hot spot these days actually. I don't speak the language unfortunately
