Q: How to apply international law without politics?

asmgxThe whole world is watching Israeli apartheid and ethnic cleansing in Jerusalem. By UN words, Jerusalem is an occupied city. The whole world was against what happened in South Africa and how the whole world was supporting civil and human rights. Just because of politics the USA is turning a blind...

I’m voting to close this question because it is a rant, not a real question.
Though think about it another way. How could international law be applied without politics?
@DavidSiegel that is my question, I wanna know how to enforce international law without the interference of politics.. i am not asking for any political point of view here. I wanna know what the means counties can take to enforce international law without the political interference
@DavidSiegel it seems you are enforcing politics here.. it seems this question touches a nerve here..
@asmgx You take on the mantle of some kind of A-team and fight whatever you consider to be injustice. The practical side of this is not a matter of law and is probably off-topic everywhere else.
Serious question though- do you believe there is some kind of apolitical entity or organisation enforcing international law?
@DavidSiegel there are means to apply international law, the international court, interpol , etc.
How exactly would a county (or indeed a country) enforce its will without that being politics?

@Studoku that is why people ask a question, to ask the people of knowledge,, closing the question because you don't think there is a non-political way does not make the question political.. there must be some methods to enforce international law to a certain extent ... anyway, you have more score than me in this forum and i am sure some of the people who voted to close this question have done that for political reasons
@asmgx Right, so we're back to the assumption that some apolitical entity rules over every nation, applying international law as they see fit. Are you asking for their phone number?
@Studoku same to what happened to Slobodan Milošević . putting pressure on the leader, travel restrictions, sanctions, I am the one who is asking the question here. if you do not know that does not mean no one knows !!!!!
@asmgx You are continuing your rant and demonstrating why your question was closed. It was not asked in good faith, you are trying to prove a point rather than ask a genuine question. If you want to rant like this, I suggest you take it to Twitter or Reddit where their are audiences who will indulge you or argue with you, as you choose.
I personally recommend a box in the park. With COVID restrictions being relaxed, now's the perfect time to rant at passersby.
So you seem to be trying to ask "why are no political sanctions used against Israel apolitically, and how can someone levy political sanctions without politics?"
Is that correct?
And OP was never seen again
