@A.fm., you realize your argument can be exactly reversed and works the same?: "The (second) scenario you describe is a person (the employer) removing something (labor) from someone's (worker's) possession with the intent to not return it. The other scenario lacks the element of removal of possession. The (buyer) has not taken money from the (store); rather, he has declined to provide something promised (payment)."
