I used to use a kinda hacky solution which was almost free but the DX and reliability were so poor that I decided to use GitLab
I could also use GitLab saas and pay for compute minutes but this has bandwidth advantages and will (eventually) make continuous deployment easier (because it's on the same network as the VMs hosting ATO)
