@Stelios: My guess: that's a sequential tessellated (tile-based) data fusion from multiple-sensors (multiple radars and ADS receivers). That would be the opposite of complex, and IMO not really on-topic here, the reason is more like computer science / data processing -- asking on the main meta: given the observation, which site is best suited, might help find the right SE
