Folks, could you point me to serious learning materials on EWIS (aircraft wiring) design? I went looking for books on EWIS design, but haven't found any.
@NickAlexeev that's a bloody good question: are you interested only in heavy aircraft (airliners, business jets), or are you interested in light-aircraft stuff as well?
@Shalvenay I'm interested in the aircraft on the lighter side, and also civilian unmanned aircraft. And if there are serious sources of knowledge on heavy civilian, or even military, I'll read those too.
@NickAlexeev I've found some scattered writings regarding light aircraft wiring practices but don't have them at hand, the EAA may have more to say about that topic. I suspect there are some military standards that might cover EWIS in military aircraft -- one could extrapolate from that to heavy civilian jets I reckon
