@ztus I will give some feedback on your question if you will reply here, or if you will post it as a stand-alone question. (You'll notice that we don't allow new questions to be posted to other questions.) Basically you have no hope of establishing that air traffic, whether private or commercial, must stay away from your land, especially above 400' or so.

There are some threads on rcgroups dot com where they discuss the possibility or impossibility of giving landowners "ownership" of the airspace over their property to some modest altitude but it would require new legislation.

@quietflyer FYI AT-ing any username does not send a notification -- the user has to have used chat recently, you can tell if @ autocompletes the name or not -- plus ztus does not have chat privilege yet. to quote the FAQ:
