Still finishing getting used to mod-side of things. Does anyone see this as "non reviewable"? aviation.stackexchange.com/review/low-quality-posts/27651

nope, reviewable for me
if you're confused about something and want the help of other mods, drop into Teachers' Lounge, which is a cross-network mod-only room

11:43 AM
@DanHulme I did already a couple of times, but I thought this was more easily addressed by just asking here :P
I was not sure if I removed it from the queue there by reviewing it in the Late Answers queue

12:05 PM
@Federico ah; no, it doesn't
you can even use NAA or VLQ flags yourself to get a post into the low-quality queue
but then your fellow mods will ask why you're flagging posts instead of dealing with them yourself :-)

1:00 PM
@Federico this one here :D

1:25 PM
@Federico I think I was the one who flagged this. BTW what does "non reviewable" mean on SE?

1:48 PM
@kevin In some circumstances, the review page might show the message "This item is no longer reviewable" instead of the buttons at the top. e.g. if you look at the review of a post that has already been deleted

Q: Sizing suffixes on uploads broken

Journeyman GeekTraditionally we could easily resize an image by adding a s,m or l at the end of a filename after uploading it via the image uploader. That doesn't seem to work any more. I've tested it on Q&A as well as chat. (Yes, I know big M doesn't work) Could we have this fixed please?

@kevin yeah I'd have preferred it to stay on the left as well

@kevin You mean the one like SO? I've been seeing it for over a week.

Q: New top bar is live

Joe FriendWe released the new top bar for all users across all communities. The only exceptions are stackexchange.com, Area51, and chat. They will be coming a little later. I wanted to take this time to respond to some of the key feedback we received from the initial post about the top bar coming to the n...

i really like the new design, especially the lighter colors for the notifications, but I agree it needs getting used to for getting to chat / other sites

3:02 PM
@ratchetfreak It's a bit confusing at first.

@kevin yeah, everybody does
they rolled it out to mods first, so I've had a confusing mix of old and new on different sites

Q: Duplicate? Let`s be real please

CaterpillaraozI asked this question: Pilot authority - Airbus vs Boeing and it was quickly marked as "duplicate of What are the main differences piloting Boeing vs. Airbus aircraft?" Hell NO. It is NOT. Mine is a VERY specific question about a comparison of the different level of computer control over the ...

> That's an interesting approach & taxi
that's a scary approach, all those cables!

@ymb1 I don't get why on the last set, it's the lowest cable that has the visibility balls :/

5:58 PM
@Federico watch it again in 2x speed, better experience :D
@Federico is this location in the alps north of LIMC?
if yes, plenty of similar crazy airports there, it was fun back in FS2004 to hop from one to the other in a Cessna :D way harder than Sion, Switzerland
cables #2 also have balls
I think in set #3 the top two cables are same level, and one of them has the balls
no sorry that's set #2

@ymb1 no idea, a colleague sent it to me with no much extra info, I would have to try and google it

I'm not sure this edit is correct. Anyone got an image? aviation.stackexchange.com/review/suggested-edits/27667

9:45 PM
@Federico rejected with notice: incorrect claim, hook is hydraulically actuated to be perpendicular as possible
photo will follow here in a bit
@Federico on a second reading yes :$ should be parallel once the wire is caught--misread it initially
I thought it was before the catch, which is the image linked above
if rejected twice I'll correct my mistake and add a photo
here's the parallel after catching: commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/…
