@Articuno I would assume so by now :-)
Everybody calls them Hobbs meters, but I've only ever seen "Hour Meter" on the face - probably to avoid getting used by Honeywell :-)

Heh, there are actually a couple of Mooneys on flightradar24 right now, never seen anything smaller than dash-8 or business jets on there.
Never mind. Just found a glider too.

@Articuno No idea. The shallow turn might indicate disorientation, but then I would not expect to see a shallow, wings level impact. But I'm probably speculating up the wrong tree anyway. So yeah, still no idea. :)
