Q: Gold Dragonborn Sorcerer level 3. ASI or Elemental Adept at level 4?

wheatleycrabMy Gold Dragonborn Sorcerer is level 3, 18 CHA, +4 modifier. I'm trying to build Pyro from Team Fortress 2 in D&D 5e, and I'm optimizing for high fire damage. Should I take the ASI to get a +7 attack bonus on my spells(+8 by level 5, +5 fire damage bonus by level 6) or should I take Elemental Ade...

One of my players has a modular magic item (homebrew) that carries a number of keystones. Individually, the keystones function independently as their own magic items, but when slotted into the player's tablet, I want them to provide a benefit, like a set bonus.
The item itself is serving as a replacement heart for them, as they have died a tragic death but had previously earned the favor of the Psychopomp, so the party had one freebie death, and they were the one to spend it.
I'm trying to think of what would be a good set bonus, if the player fully attunes to three keystones.
There will be numerous keystones in the campaign, and the party is going to find quite a few of them now, given that they're in the region the creator of the relic is from.
So it's not like it's just me hand-picking items to give to this player. It just happens that a class of magic items interfaces with what they have.
So I'm not really sure what three they may decide to combine.
The way I'm handling keystones is that every item I've been rolling has a chance to roll as a keystone, rather than as its original designed object. Functions otherwise the same, but has to be attuned to and held.
