@TheDragonOfFlame First feedback: neat. Second feedback: why?
Second wind for a superiority die seems rather OP at first glance. That's d8+bonus so, 12 points of healing in a 3 round combat. Actually, maybe not that much since they do have to forego some damage or versatility for that.
Retreating attack is definitely OP. Disadvantage on all visible incoming attacks is already pretty nice. Getting a nearly free attack out of that makes for a very nasty combination. I would like to see some fighter with GWF use that to compensate for the lack of shield. Just throwing hail mary big swings.
Flaming shot is cool. I like that. Definitely something that would have to be prepared ahead of time and I would drop the splash down to 5' adjacent to a hit target. Might actually make the splash a static 1 damage to avoid a lot of extra rolling.
Yeah. potentially 8 damage sum total to all surrounding foes from the target. Enough to make opponents thing twice about clumping, but not enough to be abused for silly amounts of damage with a short bow.
Each shot at 10' splash could hit 25 enemies in the best case. That could do 275 dmg if they all failed to save. So max extra damage is ~ 650 at +3 prof with 2 attacks/round.
Nearly free fireballs for a fighter is nuts.

@GcL the ‘why’ is that a) nobody I knows plays fighters, I’ve literally played with one fighter ever (barbarians, paladins, and rangers are just ‘cooler’). b) inspiration struck?
@GcL superiority die is a d6 to begin with

@TheDragonOfFlame L5 is usually where I start considering how a class plays.
And you only get 1 at first level
@GcL fair

L1 doesn't last past the first session if you even start at L1. Many tables don't like to.
@TheDragonOfFlame The d6 is the superior dice, I agree.

I've got a GWF + GWM fighter at my current table, and they coordinate exceedingly well with the rest of the party to optimize advantage and take down huge amounts of HP. That reroll 1's and 2's with the bonus damage is a bit nuts. I'm very much a fan.
@GcL fair. Should I change it to disengage or would that still be broken?
Although I admit to curiosity about Kismet's "run entire pre-made D&D adventures with nothing but a single d20" premise.
@GcL with my revised fighting style, it adds on average 2 points of damage, being roughly even with Dueling.

@TheDragonOfFlame Probably not nearly as much on just disengage. Especially if you spell out they don't get multi-attack. Just a single swing as they move away is probably fine.
(Oh I see you were talking about the d6, not the fighting style)

Honed body is interesting for certain campaigns. Functionally, halving the full rest time is useless in a party where you're still waiting for the casters. Also, 1/2 duration short rests lead to shenanigans.
Maybe substitute a resistance to poison.
