interesting. Searching migrated:0 gives 124k+ results. Migrated:1 gives 14, of which only 1 is actually migrated.

@JohnP That just gives those that are migrated in and closed at the destination site (as well as any recently migrated questions)

@Rubiksmoose No, it's good. Manager A (Who is a 1st degree in the same system I'm in) let me know about a position he has coming up. I'm about 35% qualified for it. Manager B has a qualified person for that job, who would then need a replacement that I am qualified to be. I think they are discussing the feasibility of it, and how to get around the hiring freeze to accomplish it.

@JohnP Phew! That actually sounds like potentially nice for you. Much better than what I was imagining.

I'd love the position that I'm not as qualified for, because it would be a significant pay bump, but at the same time I'd be a large stumbling block for a long time.

And it helps also that Manager B and I are friends, and I've been training to support her group for a month or two already.
