@BESW So what about now? :P
@V2Blast How's your period of this current earth-rotation going?

@Ben rotatingly

Ben
@BESW And the illusion shall be forevermore shattered.
@V2Blast Excellent. Good to hear

For people who have 10k+ rep on Science Fiction & Fantasy, the deleted "thank you" answers on this question are an excellent demonstration of how even the most seemingly obscure, niche, narrow question can turn out to be a resource for many people. (And as a fellow sf.se 10kpluser, you have my deep sympathies.)
For those lucky enough to not be able to see them, there are three deleted "I googled looking for this obscure 1981 TV movie and found this answer, thank you" responses, from 2014, 2017, and five hours ago.

I'll probably never have 10k on scifi.SE because their comment policies (or lack thereof) bother me so I solve the problem by avoiding looking at it most of the time :P

@BESW are they "let me google that for you" answers, or the OP coming back and answering their own questions?
I only have 10k on rpg and Arqade

Yeah, I tried for a while, gave up about three years ago. Still get rep from a handful of answers like that one, when somebody else modifies the question or gives a new answer.
@Ben It's people who went Googling for a question, and found that it had already been answered (by me) on the Stack.

Ben
Ohhhh right. Like "My google searches directed me here, ty for your efforts" answers

Right.
Which function is the primary goal of the Stack.

Ben
I have a few posts, not with those "ty" answers, but that incredibly high views.
not especially popular or upvoted, but still visited fairly often.
It's good to know that the effort you make helps a lot of people :)

aye.

11:28 PM
@BESW there's the suspect, take him away boys

Ben
can I blame it on @doppelgreener

@Ben My most viewed question on rpg.se is... closed as a question.

Ben
"Free" "Basic" "D&D 5e"
maybe also "adventure" and "showcase". Very google haha

Contains four deleted answers, include "here is a thing that is not free," "here is some speculation about how it might be made available later" (self-deleted once it became clear that Wizards' promises were blowing down the backroads headin’ south), and "here is an adventure I know nothing about."
Gosh I wonder why that topic became more trouble than it was worth.

Lol

11:41 PM
[clicks trepidatiously]

Ben
Speaking of more trouble than it's worth, I have an answer on this question over on Arqade. The other answer has one line that really frustrates me: "Packet loss usually affects connection speeds"

Like affecting an accent?
XD

Ben
It's actually the other way around, if anything. Even that's sort of incorrect.

I'm just making a grammar joke

11:47 PM
Yours is a lot better
XD
I'ma just leave that
Even though it was technically an accident

@Ben affect/effect

@Ben tis fair enough

Ben, if it makes you feel any better, I didn't get it either

I try to elevate my humor and no one gets it
It's cheap puns from now on kids XD

Ben
11:51 PM
In all honesty, the sentence itself makes no sense anyway :P

What do you mean No one gets those either? What am I supposed to do then?!?? :P
Oh yeah I forgot, it was all mostly for my own personal amusement anyway

Ben
@trogdor No joke is unfunny. It just depends on the audience.
