Hooray! \o/
@BESW I have learned that when a mod responds to a spam flag, they have two options: delete or destroy. Delete removes the post, but destroy completely obliterates the user along with it.
I find this to be a pretty good pair of options.

Yup.

@MatthewNajmon, @MC_Hambone Hi!

hello

howdy
how're things today @BESW?

Not bad, although I'm still a bit tingly from last night's couch allergies.
What's new?

not much here either, still waiting for my bounty to get a hit
seems like no noew online Table Top tools like roll20 have been created

Yar. Hobb's "Fate Looms" project isn't exactly what you're looking for even if it were further along.
Although I'm surprised nobody's mentioned OpenRPG, I haven't used it since 2007, so I'm in no position to make that an answer.

11:46 PM
seems like it closed down in '09

Traipse seems to be '12.

I think roll20 is likely what I'll end up using
after more research into my previously watched youtube videos, there are a handful of deleted videos around the time i think i watched the one featuring a program like roll20
i think the one I need to rewatch is one of those deleted vids

researching an example for an edit, and was shocked to find that the d20pfsrd Advanced Spell Search page ( d20pfsrd.com/magic/tools/advanced-spell-search ) doesn't include ANY of the evasion mechanics (atk roll, save, SR) in its searchable criteria! anyone know where i can find a list of pathfinder spells that is searchable by these? or any insight as to why those would be left unsearchable? they seem to me to be some of the most important aspects to be able to search.

@MatthewNajmon @Lord_Gareth would be the most likely to know specifics.
If I were to guess, it would have to do with that being harder to code.

except that it's not harder to code. the atk roll one i could see on those grounds, but if i could get the other two i could at least have a much smaller list to search manually for no atk roll. saves and SR, however, each have their own separate, standardly laid-out, fields in the spell descriptions, making them no harder than any of the criteria that it does allow, and significantly easier than several of them

[shrug] I have little faith left that objective sense-making is involved in much of 3.PF's design.

i'm not talking about the game's design. it's well established that that makes no sense. i'm talking about the layout of the website
