@Mokubai: there's not enough information to tell - half of say, an 80 gig drive, and half of a 500 gb drive are different ;p

Q: Open Excel files in new window

When I have Excel running and I double click an Excel file in Windows explorer, I'd like it to launch in a new window by default so that I can move documents to separate monitors. Is there any way to get this behavior?

@nhinkle when I do data entry at my job (I do that so much), I just have dual monitors, and spread ONE Excel window between the two, and then open two Excel windows inside of the main... actually its not that bad...just a lot of mousework, but its nice...

hates the trend toward shitty resolutions on laptops

I want a Dell Latitude E6420... 14", 1600x900, sandy bridge, backlit keyboard, swappable optical bay, and fairly thin and light

Since this laptop's less than a year old, it's not really justifiable though :P

okay, I got a virtualbox with debian running on win7, 64bit. I created the virtual disk with 8gig of my harddrive only, and now wanted to expand it, following this guide

I believe I followed all the steps correctly, but when I switch the two virtual disks, the new one isn't recognized. any ideas on what I might be missing?
