Could always download one of those isos, and open/extract it using 7Zip, then run it through your anti-virus scanner...

and while Microsoft is planning to merge both IoT branches eventually, they currently exist as two separate projects

You should probably take the opportunity to migrate from XP while doing it.

I remember using Last Known Good Configuration to convert an installation of XP Home Edition to Professional for free
