...welp, figured out why my well-worn StarTech USB 3.1 Gen 2 enclosure was seemingly coming apart despite the screws having been fully driven home. Turns out the cover was warped. Took it off, bent it back, and put it back on.

(probably because of the way it's stored and carried in my bag)

Question: I am having problems with my internet connection (via Wi-Fi) on my notebook. Now I want to try to download the WLAN driver from my notebook manufacturer

I have installed Windows 10, but in the webpage of my notebook (same model) it says the driver is for Windows 8.1

Should I download the driver or should I not?
