the problem is if i use win+L then the PC gets locked

@BAYMAX usually locking the PC doesn't stop background processes. Make sure to increase the time to automatically sleep.

That's actually a good choice for modern games at up to 1440p, and a viable alternative to the RTX 2070. You won't get hardware-accelerated ray-tracing, but you will get an efficient card backed by advanced 7nm process technology, hardware-based lag reduction (great for eSports) and AMD's superior driver software.
