Samsung (which makes its own NAND) and Crucial (which uses IMFT NAND) are less likely to be impacted, but prices should be expected to rise over time for all brands of SSDs as demand shifts. I'd generally recommend the 860 EVO if you can afford it, or alternatively the MX500. The BX500 is DRAMless and not recommended.
