@slhck I file VAT once per quarter. I pay the VAT I receive, and get reimbursed for the VAT I pay. Now, the former is easy. But since it's a small business in my name, and I just buy stuff I need for it, sometimes the invoices aren't available when I file.

Now I collect everything for the yearly correction, and that's when I noticed I didn't file almost half the invoices I paid, i.e. I get some money back.
