So, it was 4,5,6 the frankly terrible prequels 1,2,3 TFA is 7 then they released rogue 1.

IIRC the plan is to intersperse "main" story movies with interquels of main charecters

and there's 2 different official cuts of the original movies

(special editions and originals)

You can't get the originals legally any more, so a lot of people swear by an unofficial remaster that's floating around on the internet.

@JourneymanGeek Don't worry; I have similar experiences too. I used to call Harry Potter book #6 "MBP" which stands for Mud-Blood Prince. Well... I hated Snape.
