We don't really do a lot of database stuff here. We setup SQL machines for clients though.

I just got out of college last December 19th. And I am underutilized by my current employer.

This is what happens when you have an engineer as a "filler"

They have me do some engineering, some systems admin stuff, some internal IT stuff (for the executive level people)

The executive level people are the only ones who need support other than the sales guys.

Good point @Sathya. My boss lacks IT knowledge though. My old boss (same employer) knew A LOT about IT. For some reason the switched my boss. They also left my job description and title (Junior IT Engineer) the same though.
