o.O
@HackToHell you have FUP pain?
should see a doctor :-)
FuP: fungiform papillae
must be an india thing, i still dont know what it means.
And when you google the server name you get logs ! yay !
11:23
our ISP only did one of them ISPs own pages once here, everyone had a fit about the "method" used. I wrote them myself and said that it was not smart of them to use what looks like hacking and virus methods to communicate to people. they never did it again (that i know of).
@Psycogeek basically your speed gets reduced after you exceed a certain amount of data
@HackToHell oh, well that is better than a cap, what ammount do they deem excessive?
Tempted to fire up metasploit
@Psycogeek 6 gb :(
per hour? a game can be (up to) 22-25g nowdays before patches and updates and DLCs?
you know they say most people only use 3-5G a month, although nobody has ever seen those people.
I guess they are probably the ones with lives and kids and jobs (not web related).
it's per month
...
11:31
f--ck that, sounds like a phone plan.
@HackToHell: I wonder if a tunnel would work
And some fucking idiot uploaded all the info about one of their servers 2shared.com/file/PvvW50Kn/explorer844ad2cablr-svr-dhcpa-.html
@JourneymanGeek Doesn't, have tried every kind of tunnleing.
SSH,VPN,DNS
how do they save bandwidth if your in the middle of some download you have to restart (as slower speeds) and you have to DL it all again?
I was downloading a file when this shit happened.
Good thing wget stopped cause of some error
11:34
I think the idea is to convince people to switch to a more expensive plan
they could rename themselves to NarrowBand
just setup a relay with the starbucks or macdonalds :-)
We have neither in my city ;p
and nowdays ya neighbors wi-fi is all secure
you could always move to a communist state , they share everything :-)
11:47
lol
get yourself on the NSA watchlist, they hate it when the data stops.
> ?oldformat=true
o0
@Psycogeek LOL
I'm using something called wikiwand, nicer, more 'modern' layout, and that's a hack to get the normal wikipedia link
so how much do you pay for this wonderfull speed for 1 hour a month ?
11:52
About 18 USD
here we pay more like 50, and at one time the cap was 250G each month
@JourneymanGeek ooh interesting
Its dark on light, and has a sans option
Sans is soothing for the eyes :D
I have trouble reading non sans fonts
11:55
@HackToHell if you figured watching a mid data quality movie at 1G an hour, your paying $3 an hour for entertainment.
@Psycogeek For 50 I could get a leased line ;p
for 60, I could get gig-e ;p
@Psycogeek It's unlimited but the speed drops after 6 gb
To 512 kbps which is sloooooowwww
@JourneymanGeek SGD ?
!! wiki SGD
The Singapore dollar or dollar (sign: $; code: SGD) is the official currency of Singapore. It is normally abbreviated with the dollar sign $, or alternatively S$ to distinguish it from other dollar-denominated currencies. It is divided into 100 cents. The Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Brunei Currency and Monetary Board still maintain the historic exchangeability of their two currencies, the Singaporean dollar and the Brunei dollar, respectively. The Singapore dollar is accepted as "customary tender" in Brunei according to the Currency Interchangeability Agreement. Likewise, the Brunei...
Sorry, distracted ;p
11:57
512 is still functional. get a downloader , stack stuff up , use it all delayed.
they will really benifit (the rest of the network) if your DLing 24-7
@Psycogeek I am usually :D
@JourneymanGeek lol
@jokerdino i4c.co.in Interested ?

Q: Negative values for storage size over SNMP

Oliver SalzburgWe ran out of space on a 5 TB volume on a Windows storage server, so we copied the data into a new 10 TB volume. Now our nagios-based monitoring is reporting data I'm not happy with. When I looked into the data, I noticed that it reports a negative value for the total space of the volume. Stat...

This is annoying :(

ehh.. dunno, somehow they are talking about a japan flight
weird. that vid looks like a splice of different vids
so nvm
ok, I figured it out, they start with the Hawaian case, then make reference to something similar that happened in Japan so we can understand what was the problem with Hawaii flight.
