I mean "browser-accessible" as in you can access the code by file, file by folder, on the website and no need for downloading any remote-connecting software, no SSH, and no other stuff, and get at least 100 MB of free storage on the server as well.

Hackers got into the BIOS of my laptop, and actually locked me out of the BIOS. Tech support had to flash the BIOS 3 times before it would 'take'. Can you tell me what to look for in the BIOS or elsewhere to prevent further attacks, and what are the indicators that I am locked out of the BIOS?

However, for this kind of thing, you should just post a question. Apache issues would be fine either here or on Unix & Linux or, depending on the details, on various other sites.
