One of my players tried out the Tasha feat that lets you auto-crit if you don't take a movement action. We immediately realized how broken it was and stopped using it
There's also a Tasha feat that just straight up gives you 2nd level spells
> For the duration, no sound can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there.
I mean if the bard can't use Cutting Words or Vicious Mockery....
Or the hideous laughter
I would probably take it if I was a class that could prepare spells, but I don't think I would want to expend a spot in the list of spell known for a very situational spell
Especially when there are better spells like Lesser Restoration or Gust of Wind
They're both good for their own things, Bonfire is great for combo-ing with Thorn Whip or other pulling and pushing spells. Produce Flame is more of a "you make a Fire Poof" spell
