Something I've wondered about, I'm installing an app and it's going slowly. In task manager, it shows CPU, Memory and Disk are all under 100% utilized. Then what's the bottle neck?

Pulled out my cheapie netbook after many months of not using it... 300+ updates to install. (running openSUSE Leap 15.1)
