Guys why did you ignore me?

@JorgeFernándezHidalgo maybe nobody around, or because not a whole lot of C++ programmers in this channel
there's a dedicated C++ channel on chat.stackoverflow.com
also your question doesn't make sense
what kind of an answer are you looking for? if you want to know exactly how memory-bound it is, measure the number of memory reads and writes and there's your answer
or profile it

12:46 AM
that sound 200iq
im only at around 70

2 hours later…
2:38 AM
roar

3:23 AM
@JorgeFernándezHidalgo well... Go embiggen it

Highly-tuned 3D SLC NAND pushes the limits of what can be done with flash memory, but it's not quite enough to catch up with 3D XPoint in some workloads.

4:23 AM
USB 3.1 cables are much more expensive and labor-intensive to manufacture than you might think.
Especially if it uses a Type-C connector.
> For Type-C cables, this process is extremely slow and time consuming, as the complexity of the wiring bogs-down the process. One worker can only route the wires for 6 cables per hour [...]
Wow. Ten minutes of manual labor.
That is a lot of work for an unassuming USB cable and connector.
And that's just putting the connector onto the cable.

@JorgeFernándezHidalgo pfft, all us geniuses in this room have at least 370IQ

lol

I need 2 more close votes to close this software recommendations question, and hopefully then it will be migrated to Software Recommendations Q&A. I answered this question on the expectation of migrate.
-ing it to Software Recommendations Q&A.

1 hour later…

@karel it probably needs a fair amount of fixups for SR
@rahuldottech as long as it isn't 420 iq

Man, I hate my ISP
It appears to be throttling everything but speednet and netflix servers
> Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order
Why is this a thing!?

12:46 PM
@rahuldottech sadly it dosen't support a good chunk of my current standard install

What is the point of a April Fool's Day joke if you do it on March 31st?
It isn't due to UTC it won't the 1st (UTC) for another 12 hours.

Love death and robots has a few really good episodes.

I'm really disappointed their April Fools joke doesn't use <marquee>

@allquixotic probably wouldn't work with modern browsers

@allquixotic SO uses it.See the top banner :)

3:04 PM
doesn't look very marquee-y to me
apparently they had to implement it as an animated gif for modern browser support

3:23 PM
> In my store there were two breads that tasted exactly the same. Like you couldn't tell the difference if you tried.
One cost 3 francs other was 7. 3 franc bread died shortly after, because swiss people don't like to buy cheap stuff because they think it must be a scam.
Uhhh
@allquixotic afaik, almost every modern browser supports marquee
Yep, just confirmed chrome still does

@rahuldottech It's a pretty terrible change

5:44 PM
!!xy

@djsmiley2k That didn't make much sense. Use the !!/help command to learn more.

@rahuldottech I can believe it, people are weird
Do you buy a BMW, a VW or a Seat?
after all, they are the same manufacturer.
(i know it's not quite the same as the car models are different but...)

6:33 PM
@djsmiley2k um...
BMW owns Mini, not VW
I think you meant Audi
Volkswagen AG (German: [ˈfɔlksˌvaːgn̩]), known internationally as the Volkswagen Group, is a German multinational automotive manufacturing company headquartered in Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony, Germany and indirectly majority owned by the Austrian Porsche-Piëch family. It designs, manufactures and distributes passenger and commercial vehicles, motorcycles, engines, and turbomachinery and offers related services including financing, leasing and fleet management.
