Its probably worth looking at both sides of the issue "We follow some ISO standard for security, specifically 27001, from what I can gather" These are generally a pain in the ass requiring much box ticking. Your IT department is probably doing what they are supposed to be doing, and getting in ...

Unless the post has a score of >2 and is 60 days or older

But your deleted question still exists which means any calculations to determine eligibility to post new questions are factored in (including after 60 days or question purges)

I still say it's the fault of the voters for being too dumb to know what leveling up your CPU means they blame me for having a "bad question"

@Ramhound ow. Some of my systems rely on SD card space to update.

Hmm. So tethering broke and it seems Google restored the configuration from my Nexus 5X, which does not work on this OnePlus 3T.

The solution required root: delete /data/misc/wifi/hostapd.conf, which contains the low-level tethering configuration, and reboot.

So, TIL Android Backup Service may backup low-level configuration data which does not work when restored to another device.

Also, Dropbox somehow got corrupted and started crashing the whole phone. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it from Google Play to fix it.

@JourneymanGeek yes, what i am trying to say is that soon as i plug in the PCI video card OS and bios choices to use the PCI video card. but the other 2 PCI-express video card still show up in device manager

but will not use the other installed video cards even when the drivers are installed.

@GypsySpellweaver its software last updated in 2011, and emulates a OS X notification program's API, with a plugin @Bob wrote last year so it'll work with modern windows 10 toast notifications, getting notifications from a linux build of a CLI client that speaks growl, sending notifications from a bitorrent client...

I'm left, but ambidextrous except for handwriting. Well I can write right handed but extremely slowly and not very legibly. I tend to use left for tasks needing dexterity and right for those needing strength.

Q: Is it alright to delete everything from my Local Disk (G:) drive?

I have a serious audio issue that has developed over the past couple days. Basically, audio from any source (SSD, streaming, video etc) will occasionally cut out completely for a few seconds. It happens both with my external USB Steinberg UR12 and also using the system audio. I am kind of stuck, need some help figuring out how to troubleshoot this.

My CPU is often only at around 10% utilization when this happens. Memory usage is normal (well under 70%)

I'm using Windows 10, i7-6900K, an ASUS x99 board that I can get specs on if relevant, and fast SSD drives for both my main working/application drive and my OS drive. Internet connection is not the cause, as local files have the same issue.

I suspect the latter is due to the system assuming a Snapdragon 820 as on the OnePlus 3, not the Snapdragon 821 on the OnePlus 3T which is faster clocked. The two devices use the same LineageOS builds.

The OnePlus 3 and 3T have the same model numbers so it would take deeper analysis to distinguish a 3T from a 3.
