The latest version of the SE client is buggy on Android. Frequent screen garbage and random crashes. I'm not the only person with this problem, there are other comments in the Google Play store attesting to this.

@DavidPostill Well, it is cute of you to think reverting solves everything. This certain editor has a history of pulling stunts like this. One time, he changed all "IA-32"s into "x86" and all "x64"s into "x86-64". Another time, he deleted every bit of info that was old, not realizing that old is the whole purpose of a history section.

I don't know if this happens in any other directory, but I haven't found any.
I cannot see the file even in terminal. But I can open it, and delete it.
