@TheLittleNaruto Dig into your machine's firmware.

And also try disabling fast startup.

If disabling fast startup works, that means it's not starting, it's waking up (from the perspective of the hardware/firmware).

waking up can be caused by keypresses, mouse clicks/movement, network activity, etc etc etc

@TheLittleNaruto ...that has nothing to do with Windows. Just go into your UEFI settings and look around.

But my hunch is on fast startup (Windows thing) + waking up.
