Anyway, Candle Forums is the best place to start if you plan to use 3.7v or others. You will learn a lot and then you should order. You will know to pick the best out of cheap.

i am trying to install JDK + NetBeans bundle

but

it says

An error occured while veryfying bundled JVM

Most probably the bundled JVM is not compatible with the current platform

and the error says:

it's the emulation layer for 32-bit system libraries and paths that Windows provides

any 32-bit program looking for System32 will get silently redirected to SysWoW64

32-bit programs see SysWoW64 instead when they request for System32, and they get the 32-bit version in there

the name of System32 has nothing to do with bitness

also, third-party libraries should never ever ever go there - it's explicitly for system libraries

if you ever try to put a third-party library in the Windows folder, Raymond Chen will come murder you in your sleep
