Where to request such t-shirt?

@TomWij - this tshirt was sent as a little reward for users who were on the first 2 pages of users, in April. I don't know if there is a way to order more of them.

Do moderators and 10k users get to see recent close votes?

yes. We have lists with questions with the most close votes

the moderator flags are more visible though, if you see something which needs to go fast, don't hesitate to use it still

but for regular closing, no need, most of time, we can see the most voted

But well, it will take more than a month to get to that point unless I go for the daily reputation cap each day and hit some crazy bounties... ^^

I should do a question answering marathon one or another day, there are 8,308 questions without upvoted answers...

When I was running after reputation, I was mostly running after the 3k, to be able to finally vote

Hmm, I could also try to work past the daily reputation cap...

It happens too often that people upvote at a later day so it's still worth to answer past the reputation cap I think, and accepted answers work past the reputation cap... :-)

The best way is really to answer the most, without trying to game it. The more you answer, the more you earn with time when the question is poked to front, or linked to.

Regarding the unanswered questions, I made a question on the meta:

Q: Unanswered questions that are answered without upvotes or accepted answers.

The Unanswered tab at the top shows that there are more than 8,000 unanswered questions, it also seems to increase every day. I think it's a bad behavior that this keeps increasing... Don't understand me wrong, I'm not trying to nitpick but I'm trying to get questions answered... This tab is the...
