Q: Did Winston Churchill say the King James Bible had been translated into more than 760 languages?

ThunderforgeIn the Jack Chick video "Where was the Bible before 1611? How can we know God endorsed the KJV?" (linked here), this claim is made: You know, Winston Churchill said that the King James Bible had been translated into more than 760 languages. So there's a testimony of the importance of the King...

@Caleb It wasn't me, but I'm seeing a bit of a shift from close the question and try to goad a denomination out of the OP to flag for migration, and I don't think that's a good thing.
@Aigle I'd much rather work while fasting, but I'd be more likely to take off on Good Friday and work on Ash Wednesday.
What I try to do at work is eat nothing but what is given to me. (which is a lot where I work now, so it doesn't work that well - not sure why they try to keep us programmers so plump)

@PeterTurner Ditto. Ya I'm kind of peeved about the rash of "migrate to X" flags. Sure many of the questions could be asked on those other sites, but they are rarely in good shape for the migration targets either. They usually need editing to be on topic for either this site or the requested targets, but our floggers aren't first trying to figure out what direction the questioners would he happy with / help them edit for that sites expectations.

@Caleb What about this one then? It's a great question, but only tangentially related to this site's topic.
It's not about Christianity, or Luther, or theology. It's about historical German culture.
@Caleb We had a pretty substantial discussion a couple of weeks ago about flagging vs other options. For certain questions (in particular unscoped exegesis) I still think that fast migration is preferred, because taking the OP through the process to edit the question is precisely the opposite of the direction most really want.
@PeterTurner Why do you think it's not a good thing?
If a question is of a decent quality and actually is a textual exegesis question, and they give no indication of wanting a particular denomination's views, then BH.SE really is the site for them. Nobody is helped from forcing them to add a scoping.
