@curiousdannii Yes, actually I would mind, I was trying to make a point with the language more customary of a bygone era where "man" meant "mankind". I think i even explain in the post or comments why I think cluttering in with PC speak would only dull its point.

@Caleb I can't really see any of that in the post. And I don't think it's a PC thing - almost every modern English translation will translate adelphoi as "brothers and sisters" or "brethren".

@Caleb And even so, does the point still need to be made in that way? It's an FAQ post which still gets frequently referred to. Most people now reading it won't be those who were around at the beginning of the site.
